Application:
- Rehabilitation crutches with a wide embrace for people with lower limb disabilities who can support themselves stably,
- Not advisable in the absence of one limb,
- Auxiliary: after injuries, in the treatment of degenerative and deformational changes,
- After surgical procedures, where it is advisable to relieve pressure on the affected limb (it is considered correct to use an elbow crutch on the healthy side: the weight is transferred to the crutch and relieves pressure on the affected limb),
- Advanced lesions or bilateral lesions require the use of two elbow crutches.
